The hotel has a great location with beautiful views. It is conveniently located near many restaurants and shops. The breakfast is good and offers a variety of options. The staff is friendly and helpful.
The hotel is a bit outdated and could use some renovations. The rooms are not as comfortable as they could be, and the air conditioning is lacking.

We loved the hotel's perfect location just in front of the lake. It was great to take some adventurous activities near this place. Additionally, the hotel was located right by the beach, which was a great bonus. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and we were impressed with the facilities provided, including indoor pools and a mini club for kids. Breakfast was wonderful, and the staff was friendly.
Can't fault anything about it.

We absolutely loved our stay at this place. The location is just perfect, right on the lake with stunning views. It's also conveniently close to all the adventure activities we wanted to try. The service here is top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping available. The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed including a sitting area and a terrace to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. We also appreciated the free toiletries provided and the flat-screen TV for some evening entertainment. our stay here was truly enjoyable.
We highly recommend this place to everyone.

The hotel’s location right on the lake was a highlight, with easy access to the beach and a short walk to the commercial center of the town. the view of the lake from some of the rooms was also impressive. the breakfast had a generous spread and offered sufficient variety.
The overall condition of the hotel left much to be desired, with several facilities in dire need of renovation. Despite the helpfulness of a few staff members, the majority seemed uninterested in providing quality customer service.

We were initially worried about the weather, but when the sun finally came out, we were blown away by the stunning views of the lake and the volcano. The location of the hotel, right next to Plaza de Armas and near the commercial center, was incredibly convenient. The hotel itself had a charming ambiance and the room, although a bit small, had comfortable furnishings and good wifi. The buffet breakfast was ample and delicious, and we enjoyed the nice view from the terrace. The hotel also provided convenient van transport to the airport for our early flight. I highly recommend this hotel for its spectacular views and convenient location.
